​​MaxSoles will add between 1.5 and 3 inches to your height. Each sole is made up of three adjustable layers, so you can stack them together or wear them individually to choose the height that feels right for you.

MaxSoles work with all closed-toe shoes, including sneakers, boots, and high-tops. We suggest using lower height settings for low-top shoes and higher settings for mid or high-top footwear.

Yes. For daily wear, we recommend the 1.5″ or 2.25″ setup for the best balance of comfort and support. The full 3″ option is best for shorter periods when you won’t be on your feet all day.

No. MaxSoles are designed to sit discreetly inside your shoes and aren’t visible from the outside. Most people won’t notice anything different—except that you stand taller and carry yourself with more confidence.

No. When used at the recommended settings, MaxSoles are designed to feel natural underfoot and won’t change the way you walk. Most users say they forget they’re even wearing them after a short break-in period.

MaxSoles don’t require washing. If they need cleaning, simply wipe them down with a damp cloth and let them air dry. Avoid machine washing or drying to preserve their shape and durability.

Customers receive their MaxSoles within 5–7 days from the time the order is placed. Tracking information is provided once your order ships.

If MaxSoles aren’t right for you, we offer a 30-day return window from the date of purchase. Simply contact our support team within 30 days and we’ll help you with a refund or return process.
